Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Peptai account and all of your data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete in the app (fastest)

The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside Peptai:

• Open the Peptai app and sign in
• Go to Settings
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data are removed immediately. If you would like a copy of your dose logs first, you can export them as a CSV file from Settings > Export Data before deleting.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email. Send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity:

Or email us directly at support@peptaiapp.comwith the subject "Account Deletion Request". We process verified requests within 30 days. After your request is received, see what happens next.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and profile information (email, name, username)
• Your peptide cycles, dose logs, and wellness logs
• Your vial inventory and calculator usage data
• All other data associated with your account

Active subscriptions are managed by Apple. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings — deleting your Peptai account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
