1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Peptai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Educational Use Only

Peptai is an educational and informational tool designed to help users track and organize peptide-related research protocols. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All content and features are for educational purposes only.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any health-related regimen. Peptai is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to distribute harmful or malicious content
• Misrepresent Peptai content as medical advice to others

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Peptai offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Peptai is the property of Peptai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you create within the app (cycles, logs, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

Peptai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following any cycle tracked in the app.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Peptai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
